[jitsi-users] Possible to selectively mute someone?

#1

Hello,

I have a quick question. Is it possible to selectively mute someone?
I tried to use it as part of a group conversation. But as another member of
the group was physically sitting next to me using his own headset, I was
hearing an echo when he was speaking. This due to the fact I could hear him
reallife next to me, then delayed over the channel again.
I have been looking for an option so I can selectively mute him, but hear
the replies of the other group members. Any possibilities?

With kind regards,

Met vriendelijke groet,

I have some experimental code for that, which I just pushed here:
