There has to be a better way to communicate in less than four words what
Jitsi is to the unfamiliar. In my email signature I add (Jitsi - a Skype
alternative) after my Jitsi account name. It would be nice to not even
have to mention Skype, but that name has almost become synonymous with
web conferencing. Any others run into similar problems? How do you
initiate the uninitiated without having to mention Skype?
As much as I hate to admit it, this is also my personal experience.
Real-time communications client is way too cryptic for regular users and
things like chat application, video program or a tool for secure
communication don't really cover all its aspects.
I'd be happy to hear in case other people have suggestions though.
