I was going through installation steps of jitsi meet and trying to
understand it...but I am not able to understand what is role of otalk
modules? Why we need otalk server over prosody in jitsi meet? I tried
googling about otalk server but couldn't find much on it.

Thanks Emil.......I tried using debian package and it is working fine but I
wanted to understand Jitsi meet(Jitsi Videobridge) architecture and what
all is being used above prosody server thats why I was referring to manual
install and code on github.......Is there any documentation or anything
available around Jitsi meet architecture?

We should probably update these instructions. They are quite old.
We are not using the otalk modules any more. They used to play a part in
the TURN server configuration but we are not using TURN any more.
You may want to use the debian packages. Should give you a much better
experience than the manual install.
