[jitsi-users] Only Accept 1 inbound call at a time

#1

Is there an option to only accept 1 inbound call at a time?

e.g. if I'm already in a call and someone else tries to call me it should send a "SIP/2.0 486 Busy Here" response back to the server.

Hi,

Yes but there is no UI for that, you need to put some properties using
the Property Editor inside advance settings.
net.java.sip.communicator.impl.protocol.CallWaitingDisabled=true

That works, thanks.

I found how to do it when the status is set to Do not Disturb

net.java.sip.communicator.impl.protocol.RejectIncomingCallsWhenDnD=true

Is there an option that does the same if the status is set to away?

Hi again,

I don't think so.
If you haven't seen that already, everything about that logic is here:

You know, referring to the source code isn't always a good response, but yes, I have been reading through it, it's where I found the DnD option.

Some of these properties are very useful and should really be accessible via the normal options menu.

Hi again,

You know, referring to the source code isn't always a good response, but
yes, I have been reading through it, it's where I found the DnD option.

Sending link to the source code is the quickest way to show all the
options, as there all of them are commented.

Some of these properties are very useful and should really be accessible

via the normal options menu.

I agree, any contribution is welcome.
