Hi,

I tested using python to send packets to port 10001 and the packets have
been received. Do you suggest any tool to check if ports 10000-20000 are
open?

That’s weird, do you have anything else listening on these ports? Maybe another bridge process, possibly misconfigured?

Hi,

I tested using python to send packets to port 10001 and the packets have been received. Do you suggest any tool to check if ports 10000-20000 are open?

Hi, not sure how to interpret these messages but the bridge needs UDP ports 10000-20000 open. Have you made sure this is the case?

Which version of jitsi-videobridge is in use?

Regards,
Boris

Hi Boris,

How do I know which version is in use?

···

==================================

That’s weird, do you have anything else listening on these ports? Maybe

another bridge process, possibly misconfigured?

Hi George,

The installation was done on newly installed servers. No other service is
running in server3, just Zimbra Talk (XMPP + Jitsi + PostgreSQL +
Turnserver).

Sincerely,
Jose Reis
