I have a Windows7 machine running the latest Jitsi where the user cannot hear any audio not even the internal numbers like voicemail on the pbx.
The windows machine has a default firewall with jitsi added as exception, the pbx does not have any.
When I try to click on the play audio on the Audio settings menu in jitsi that actually gives out sound for both output/notifications as it should but as I said when I dial a number I cannot hear any voices.
I set rtp debug on on the Asterisk box, I see that there is RTP traffic going on, but still not a voice comes through. I tried to play around with the codecs, the order didn't help much so I reseted it back to defaults again.
What's the next step to try in order to solve this problem?
