[jitsi-users] jitsi zrtp logs dump

#1

Hi,

I am using jitsi nowadays a lot.
One of my customers ask me a way to guarantee that the zrtp encryption works OK
on jitsi.

How is possible to dump the packets to show that the conversation is secure?
by logs records that shows the encrypted part?
i was thinking of using wireshack as logger, but also read about a plugin libpcap.
Not sure how to use them, if you have any help or guide is appreciate,
any easy tutorial please.

regards
javier

Hi,

in wireshark there is telephony -> rtp -> show all streams -> analyze
and you can analyze and play rtp streams by selecting them. But I
think wireshgark can play only g711 streams, so you can use g711
disable zrtp and play it, then enable zrtp and play it again.
Hope this helps.
