I've installed a Linux debian hosted by vmware, running openfire. Jitsi clients are on windows. Each client can connect to the server, but when I send an authorization request, it's never received.
Do I have an error with jitsi or openfire ?

OpenFire folks recommend installing Registration plugin and manually flipping
authorization to 'Both' for those users, so I am assuming it's an OpenFire
issue.
I had it too: there was a Jitsi user who never received or sent any
authorizations to no one, no matter how hard we tried. They seemed to all have
fallen thru the cracks. We had to flip it on OF side and it works since.
