[jitsi-users] Jitsi on Mac fails to register with FreeVoipDeal

All,

I am new to Jitsi, having used Telephone on my Mac for outgoing SIP calls
before.

I am trying to get it to work with FreeVoipDeal, a VoipBuster clone.

It has actually worked once but now it won't register anymore at all. I
have reinstalled Jitsi, recreated my account, rebooted my Mac, no change.

There is no problem with my account as Telephone and my hardphones work
fine.

When I try to go online with the SIP account, the icon starts spinning
until it stops, it never goes online and I get no feedback whatsoever.

How do I diagnose this issue?

My details:

Jitsi 2.8.5426

OS X Yosemite 10.10.3

java version "1.7.0_75"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_75-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.75-b04, mixed mode)

Does anyone have any suggestions? How do I debug a SIP connection (attempt)
in Jitsi?

Are you 100 sure that the server is allowing multiple log-ins?
I'm just shooting in the dark...
