When i start a videocall, the image freezes at the time of 25 minutes of the videocall but the sound still works, then the image unfreezes but it keeps freezing randomly minutes later like for a minute or two in intervals between 15 and 25 minutes, it always happen and i dont know why.

Hi,

meet.jit.si had been update and uses the latest versions you can find
currently. When video freezes, in webrtc-internals I see 100% packet
loss and no received packets. Can it be some network or firewall issue
on the machine that kicks in for the fact that a lot of udp packets
are send to the machine. If you have some restrictions or firewalls,
try testing without them.

i dont see any loss(icmp), i will try with iperf and udp.

is there any log in jits server(in webrtc-internals I see 100% packet) where it says something about that?

same thing happen when you're using https://beta.meet.jit.si/?

Hi,

there are stats you can enable and query them over REST, you can also
enable callstats on the bridge and look at their bridge dashboard.

Hi, if it was working fine last week, then I guess it's possible that we
might have broken something. Which version of the bridge were you running
last week? (you can find this in /var/log/dpkg.log or
/var/log/apt/history.log)? Can you rollback/dissect which version of the
bridge broke it for you? - George

its hard to say when that happened, because i weekly update the server and maybe more often.last week i update it daily, with the hope that solves my problem.

now i have the latest version is up to date, should i reinstall the machine?
as you can see in the screenshot the bandwith is not going more then 1,3Mbits and even the resolution is very bad.
