[jitsi-users] Jitsi-meet swedish translation into nightly?

#1

Hi,

I've translated Jitsi-meet to Swedish
http://translate.jitsi.org/sv/jitsi-meet/

Is there any chance that this might make it into a nightly soon? Would
really help the adoption of Jitsi-Meet for us.

Kindest regards,
Mathias

Thanks!
I've updated the templates, now there's 33 words missing again if want to give them another go.

Done.

Kindest regards,

I've updated the translation files but need some advice on the translation
of the word "token". I'll return to that later.

However, in libs/app.bundle.js and probably some minified version there is
a function "getLanguages" that I think will need to be updated as follows
for swedish to be selectable in the Jitsi-Meet settings:

    getLanguages : function () {
        var languages = [];
        for (var lang in this)
        {
            if (typeof this[lang] === "string")
                languages.push(this[lang]);
        }
        return languages;
    },
    EN: "en",
    BG: "bg",
    TR: "tr",
    FR: "fr",
    SV: "sv" // <--- swedish
};

Kindest regards,
Mathias

I'm not sure about that, I think it's used for token-based authentication. E.g. like in a one-time or application-specific password.

However, in libs/app.bundle.js and probably some minified version there is a
function "getLanguages" that I think will need to be updated as follows for
swedish to be selectable in the Jitsi-Meet settings:

    EN: "en",
    BG: "bg",
    DE: "de",
    TR: "tr",
    FR: "fr",
    SV: "sv" // <--- swedish
};

Done.
@others creating languages: This should be done at the same time as when creating the language in Pootle.

Kindest regards,

Mathias
