[jitsi-users] Jitsi Integration with mobile app (iOS)

#1

Hello,

Please let us know what we need to configure on server side where Jitsi is installed for mobile application integration

In our case, for now we have deployed Jitsi on Ubuntu and it's working fine with below API integration for web

        var api = new JitsiMeetExternalAPI(domain, options);

Now we need to integrate it in our IOS application. So, what components we needed to install on Ubuntu for Jitsi to make it work from IOS app with SDK.

Thanks,

Tushar Shinde

Hi,

In our case, for now we have deployed Jitsi on Ubuntu and it’s working fine with below API integration for web

        var api = new JitsiMeetExternalAPI(domain, options);

Now we need to integrate it in our IOS application. So, what components we needed to install on Ubuntu for Jitsi to make it work from IOS app with SDK.

You don’t need to install anything in the server to make the mobile apps work. Just point them (use a full URL in the room field, or if using the SDK set the default URL) to your deployment and it will work.

Cheers,
