[jitsi-users] Jitsi for commercial use in application / New to Jitsi

#1

Hello.

I am interested in incorporate Jitsi's Video interface to possibly 2
applications under development. Both of these are in early stages, but
Jitsi could be very useful to incorporate.

*My questions:*

   - Jitsi is FREE to add to applications?
   - Is there some type of licensing involved if the application goes
   commercial?
   - Is there support offered for Jitsi once embedded in an app?

In a nutshell, I'm looking for the pricing model for Jitsi if it becomes an
integral part of a commercial application.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Glen Gregory,

- Jitsi is under Apache license you can read it for more information, and
yes it is free to use it in other apps.
- Nope, that I know of.
- You can search for support from the community on the mailinglist or
github trackers. If you are asking for commercial support, there are people
here in the community that can help you with that.
