[jitsi-users] Jitsi doesn't detect the Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 camera

Hi Everyone,

I’ve searched the Jitsi.org users archive (http://lists.jitsi.org/pipermail/users)

but didn't get a single search return to my question, so
hopefully someone

here can answer this question.

Today I downloaded Jitsi for Windows 10, 64bit. When I go to

Audio, Jitsi detects the microphone built into the

Logitech

Quickcam Pro 9000 installed on my computer. However, when I
go

into Options>Video in the Camera box it says <No Device>.
I have

the latest Windows 10 driver installed, but I don’t know why
Jitsi is

picking it up under the Audio options but isn't picking it up
under

video. I’ve checked it on both Skype and Jitsi Meet and on
both the

Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 video camera is detected.

Is there anything I can do to help Windows 10/Jitsi locate and use
the

video camera built into the Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000,
because

I only use its video capabilities. The microphone is lousy
and useless.

Thanks in advance,

Phoenix
