[jitsi-users] Jitsi cannot connect to FreePBX when using PJSIP

#1

Hello,
I have been using Jitsi as a softphone to connect to my FreePBX server. However, when I upgraded to PJSIP Jitsi would no longer connect. Some closed source clients I have tried (Zoiper, X-Lite) were able to connect successfully, and my desk VoIP phones work, but if I try Jitsi or Linphone neither work.

Thanks in advance!

See attached
Note that I have redacted the IP addresses of my server. 1.1.1.1 represents the public IP of my hosted FreePBX server. 2.2.2.2 is my local machine. x.x.x.x are what it had for DNS servers

Thanks Much!

Thanks,
Trevor Best

Dear Trevor,

I'm using Jitsi and FreePBX with PJSIP and TLS transport as well without any problem.

What are your FreePBX and asterisk versions?

Br,
Andrea
