[jitsi-users] Jitsi-Android as Library doesn't compile?

#1

Hi,
I am considering using Jitsi as it looks really great! And open source.
Sadly I would like to have an android component and people seem to have
major issues building their android apps (from what I see on the web:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26544302/jitsi-android-unable-to-compile-and-build
).

jitsi-android, seems to be a complete jitsi client; where I am looking to
use something like jitsi-library on their android. Is this possible?

Can I use the standard jitsi-library as a jar file in my android app and
write to all the streams like a regular java application? Do I need
jitsi-android?

My issue is that people are un-able to compile jitsi-android as a
library....

Has anyone found a solution, googling seemed to turn up un-solved
answers....

Thank you.
