[jitsi-users] jitsi 2.2 dial pad while in a conference call

#1

This only happens while in a conference call. Once I am on a call with someone else and we decide to have a conference call with someone, like a bank, or someone that has an IVR tree that we have to go through before we talk to someone- Jitsi's dial pad does not recognize me pressing any of the numbers. So, If I have to press 1 for English, it does not actually recognize me pressing it. It becomes a problem because I cannot get to who we are trying to reach.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Can you try, in the account setting, in the Connection tab, setting the
DTMF method to SIP info? That resolved what sounds like a similar
problem for me.

I thought that was going to work for sure!! I tried it, and even file > quit and reopened Jitsi, and it still didn't work. I think maybe our phone system (Zultys), does not support SIP Info. I know were are currently using a PRI from Paetec.
