[jitsi-users] Jit.si XMPP server - login logout limitations?

Hi,

I'm using the jit.si XMPP server with Chatsecure on Android. When I'm
travelling (with the train or underground railway) I'm frequently loosing my
connection to the jii.si XMPP server because of lost 3G service. Sometimes
Chatsecure just won't re-connect to the Jit.si server (or it takes a long
time) even though I do have 3G service. This has happend across several
Chatsecure app versions. So in the meantime I doubt that this is a
Chatsecure bug.

My question: I assume that, while travelling, chatsecure frequently has to
login to the jit.si server because of lost connections. Does Jit.si block
certain users who log-in too often within a certain period of time? That
would be my only explaination why I can't log-in to jit.si XMPP (not even
manually) even though I do have a 3G connection.

Thanks.

Hermann

This is most likely a Chatsecure issue. You should check with them.
