[jitsi-users] jit.si server issues today?

#1

hey,

Could you provide any info if there were, and if, what issues the jit.si server has today? My mobile client doesn't connect for a few hours now.

Thanks in any case for your service!

Hi,

Sorry, it's not. Login is no problem now, i also tested writing with a
random jabber contact. A (gmail) contact says she can read my messages,
but never write back to me, though. (server also responds with "could
not send or so).

Does this work for you?

thanks,

Can you retest with a non-gmail contact? gmail might be the problem.

I am using GMail with two-factor authorisation quite some time already,
occasionally (but quite many times) the password in Jitsi has to be
re-added again although it was saved (popup window to enter the password
again appears in Jitsi).
This happens using the same machine (MacBook).
Other XMPP accounts (GMX, jabber.ccc.de, jit.si) are working normal.

best regards, MS

ok it seemed like it was just a client issue, ie it was fine after a
restart and works now as always. sorry for the noise.
