[jitsi-users] jicofo error

#1

Hello all

I´v just set up my jitsi-meet (nightly version) by the quick install instructions my host OS is Debian (8) Jessie,
To the beginning i had a lot of errors all over the jvb/jicofo&prosody logs but i was able to figure out what the problem
was and to fix them.
Now i only get the following one error in the jicofo logs left.

[42] org.jitsi.impl.protocol.xmpp.OpSetSubscriptionImpl.doSubscribe().392 Failed to subscribe to sharedStatsNode at jitsi-meet.mydomain.com error: remote-server-not-found(-1) Server-to-server connection failed: host-unknown (This host does not serve jitsi-meet.mydomain.com)

on the jitsi-meet.mydomain.com page i get the standart jitsi-meet startpage to create a conference, if i create a conference it opens one but its only a grey screen with some buttons without functions.

Kind Regards

Hi,

Are you accessing the page using http? You need to make sure you only use https.
Check in the browser console for errors.
