[jitsi-users] How to send a message without a proper JID?

Hi Everyone,

I may be misunderstanding something here but I can't seem to figure
out how to send a message without a proper JID.

I'm using the Prosody IM server and I have the module set that will
allow me to send messages to all of my logged in users. The
documentation says to send a message to

domain.tld/announce/online

So. in my case, it would be

chat.cpunk.us/announce/online.

However, Jitsi says I can't do this. Am I missing something here or is
this something Jitsi doesn't support?

Thanks,
Anthony

Hi,

Sorry, I know that this must have been asked hundred times on this list,
but I didn't find any reference neither here nor on the install
instruction page.

What are recommended specification for a server running jitmeet with all
currently available features?

Thanks

karel

You could get it to work on a 512MB with a virtual core.

When we do installations that are supposed to have a decent amount of
scalability though we try to at least have 4 Gigs of ram and 2 cores.
