[jitsi-users] How to replace prosody with tigase in jitsi meet

Hi all,

I want to replace prosody with tigase in jitsi meet as required, I can not found useful document from website, does anybody can guide me how to do that?

Hi,

There is no such doc, I think there were similar questions on the
mailinglist to use tigase, but I do not remember anybody to have
comeback with resolution and sharing his configuration template.
All you need to do is to replicate the prosody config to tigase and
make sure all the required modules are there and enabled, like ping,
pubsub, bosh...
Here is the template we use for prosody:

And we use the following command to create the jicofo user
(https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet/blob/master/debian/jitsi-meet-prosody.postinst#L129):
    # create 'focus@auth.domain' prosody user
    prosodyctl register $JICOFO_AUTH_USER $JICOFO_AUTH_DOMAIN
$JICOFO_AUTH_PASSWORD

We assume that by default the xmpp server is listening on localhost
port 5347 for components connections.
