Hey Jesse,

How do you silence joined/left messages from jabber group chats?

There's no way to do this currently. Feel free to open a feature request.

Cheers,
Emil

Done, thanks

P.S. Could this be done via a plugin?

If you mean, would it be simple to implement - yes it would. It's
actually already possible to do this for regular chats via a property.

If what you are asking is whether it could be implemented as an external
binary and then loaded into a running Jitsi - the answer is no. Why
would you want to do this though?

I considering taking some time to look at the code myself and I reasoned it
would take less time to grok the plugin API rather than the Jitsi source
itself.
