[jitsi-users] How can the feedback dialog be disabled?

#1

When embedding jitsi using the external API, how can the feedback dialogue
window that pops up after hanging up be disabled?

#2

Just commenting the line in the config.js related with the statistics..

If you mean callStatsID and callStatsSecret, I have tried setting them both
to an empty string, passing that config to the JitsiMeetExternalAPI()
argument and using meet.jit.si but I still see the feedback popup. Is that
purely because I'm using meet.jit.si as you naturally want to gather call
stats and user feedback, or...?

Oh.. I understand... So if you are using meet.jit.si instead of you own
server I guess that will be impossible to remove it... It's related to the
config.js in the meet.jit.si server..

To be clear, I am talking about the dialog that pops up after hanging up
that asks you to rate the call out of 5 stars and provide textual feedback
then click cancel or submit.

Though I would also like to be able to disable the 'thumbs up' feedback
button in the left-side toolbar, which seems to be hard-coded.

Yes I know what you are talking about.. in your own config.js if you are
using your own server and your own domain... Just commenting the statistics
should work.. at least for me it works..
