In Jitsi 1.1.4413.10299 running under Mac OS X 10.6.8, change the global
status from "Online" to "Do Not Disturb." Jitsi continues to display the
global status as "Online" with a green circle next to it. However, if you
click on the status indicator, the drop down menu indicates that the status
is indeed "Do Not Disturb."

Hey George,
I've just tried this on a slightly different platform (Mac OSX 10.8.2, Jitsi 1.1.4414.10301) and it works ok for me. Could you please tell us what are the different networks you're logged in?
Cheers,
Yana
