[jitsi-users] Fwd: Need help on my issue on Openfire & jicofo

#1

Great Morning! Jitsi-Dev,

I need help or guidance on creating a focus account to jicofo with
openfire(xmpp).
Coz, I'm having this issue right now(below).

<img src=’/uploads/jitsi/original/2X/a/ab16d7173efee4aa3dff052a4f1db230ed687208.png’ width=‘690’ height=‘163’>

But the good think of my current I have was, it connects to openfire as
external components.
See the below..

Also here's the logs for my jitsi-meet front-end.

Thank you in advance for making this kind of technology! :slight_smile:

Jicofo is using two connections, one as component and one as xmpp user. It
seems your second one does not succeed.
Check the xmpp user credentials in /etc/jitsi/jicofo/config and make sure
you have that user created.

By the SEVERE entry we may deduce that's something related to one of the password's services, did you set up manually everything?
