Thank you for the report!

Could you please give us a bit more details? Of primary interest at
this time are whether:

- Jitsi closes (the window on the left in your screenshot) when you
dismiss the dialog notifying you about the crash (the window on the
right in your screenshot),

- Jitsi crashes again after you restart it?

- you have a hs_err*.log files to send us? It could be in your %TEMP%
directory (e.g. it's C:\Users\lyubomir\AppData\Local\Temp for me on my
Windows 7 x86). A possible way to check is to execute the following in
a Command Prompt window: dir "%TEMP%\hs_err*.log". The hs_err*.log
file could also be in the directory in which you installed Jitsi (e.g.
C:\Program Files\Jitsi). If you have such a file, please send it to
us.

1-When i dismiss the error i can use jitsi. I use jitsi like a SIP phone. It's working. But gives the same error on every startup.
2- Sorry i can't see this file. this is my temp folder and jistsi folder screenshot

Thank you very much! The information you've provided is useful. I'll
look at the source code of run.exe more closely, do more testing and
try to figure it out. Do you think you could help me with the
debugging if I send you a debugging version of run.exe?
