As far as connecting to the Outlook: the most of my contacts don't have pic but they have more phone numbers (business, mobile.). Asterisk in my environment sent header with phone number with extensions for example 0112102010@we. Is that the reason why Jitsi can not find contact in Outlook? Besides some contacts in Outlook have phone numbers in this format +381 (11) 2102010 and some of them just 011 2101010. Do you have suggestion how can i achieve that Jitsi show me who's calling me (name and surname) and make look up in Outlook?
About voice mail: On my Asterisk VM is on *97 extension. Jitsi show me that I have VM but when I click on thath VM, Jitsi try to call "Asterisk" and hang up. When I try to call *97 VM I have connection and then I put my password and listen to my VM. Did I made any mistakes in settings in Jitsi or in Asterisk. Here are some screenshots:
I really like yours work on JITSI and I would like to use JITSI like my preferred VoIP tool. I m into to do localization on Serbian and Croatian.

Interesting. I suppose we'd be interested in a feature that allows the user to redirect an incoming call to one of a series of numbers. I don't think we'll have time to look at this in the near future but feel free to open a ticket if you wish.

will start the call
We currently to this with Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac). We should probably make it configurable though. Same as above: no time currently but feel free to open a ticket.
4. Is there a manual for making skins?
Not that I am aware of.
5. Direct call to voice mail?
Tools -> Auto Answer & Call Forwarding.
