Greetings All

I currently get this error an random when the service is up and running on
idle for a few days. I clear this up by rebooting the server. Issuing the
"service prosody restart && service jicofo restart" does not seem to help?

Does any experience this or know a workaround for this problem?

John, First you need to stop your videobridge, then restart.

To stop the service you need to kill the processes for Videobridge :
ps -eaf | grep -i videobridge

Use kill -9 PID to kill the process
To start the service do the following: Videobridge:
cd /root/Jitsi/jitsi-videobridge (your directory may be different)enter
your G7XXXXXX

nohup mvn clean compile exec:java -Dexec.args="--host=localhost -- domain=
yourdomain.com --port=5347 --secret=G7XXXXXX -- apis=rest,xmpp"
-Djava.library.path=/root/Jitsi/jitsi- videobridge/lib/native/linux-64 -
Djava.util.logging.config.file=/root/Jitsi/jitsi-
videobridge/lib/logging.properties
- Dnet.java.sip.communicator.SC_HOME_DIR_LOCATION=/root -
Dnet.java.sip.communicator.SC_HOME_DIR_NAME=.sip-communicator &

Thanks Roy for reply. I will try that if and when it happens again. I
upgraded from Ubuntu 14.x.x to 16.x.x to hopefully fix the issue.

depending how you installed it, but usually you should have init script so:
/etc/init.d/jitsi-videobridge restart or service jitsi-videobridge restart
