[jitsi-users] Disable ZRTP with Provisioning

#1

Is there a way to disable ZRTP through the provisioning file? We're using Jitsi on a LAN, so there's no point to encrypt audio/video calls (except to confuse the users). I know that I can go into each client and disable encryption in the account Security tab, but I would rather not walk around to each workstation while the users are logged in to make that change.

Thanks!

You can completely disable any call encryption by setting:
net.java.sip.communicator.impl.protocol.jabber.acc1359212666531.DEFAULT_ENCR
YPTION=false

Or disable ZRTP:
net.java.sip.communicator.impl.protocol.jabber.acc1359212666531.ENCRYPTION_P
ROTOCOL_STATUS.ZRTP=false

where acc1359212666531 is the identifier of the affected account and
specific to you configuration.

Thanks!
