DNSSEC is a bit picky - your nameservers have to support it. The message you're getting means that the public keys (DNSKEY records) for the root zone (.) could not be retrieved.
Are you using the nameserver(s) from your ISP or router? If so, please try the public resolvers from OARC or Google.
And btw, sip2sip.info is not signed/DNSSEC enabled, at best you could get proof that this is the case.
