[jitsi-users] Dial in from proprietary video conference system (H323)

#1

Hi

I have my own instance of Jitsi Meet which works well. I have a client with a Lifesize IP conferencing system that would like to connect to a conference. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I can dial an IP/domain address from their system and it uses H323 protocols. It will connect to Polycom/Cico systems and the like

Thanks

Hi,

If that Lifesize supports you can use a jibri
instance(https://github.com/jitsi/jibri) to dial in with video. There
is an option to run it as sip video gateway. Setting it up is not an
easy task and some places lack documentation, but it works, we had
been using it with Lifesize too.

Hi

I now have Jibri installed and working (for recording from Meet instance at least). Could anyone point me to where I can configure so a third party can "dial in" under the SIP VIDEO protocol please

Thanks
