Hello everyone
   I encountered a problem that Jitsi reported in Android 6.0 and Android
7.0 :
impl.protocol.sip.SipStackSharing.startListening().252 An unexpected error
happened while creating theSipProviders and ListeningPoints.
util.account.LoginManager.handleOperationFailedException().476 Provider
could not be registered due to the following internal error:

You seem to be using the old Jitsi client for Android. Please note it’s currently unmaintained: https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-android#unmaintained

We do have Jitsi Meet for Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.jitsi.meet) but it’s not a replacement, it has the Jitsi Meet feature-set.

Cheers,
