[jitsi-users] Check for Updates Not Working Under OS X

#1

With Jitsi 1.1-nightly.build.4024 under Mac OS X 10.6.8, "Check for
updates..." does not seem to work. As illustrated below, there is a later
version, yet it does not seem to be detected:

I can confirm this, currently running 4023 but cannot update although
4025 is already out
(new link in "provisioning" including the new https site was already
updated)

That's weird. We haven't seen any problems there. Note that the
http->https forward is disabled so there's no reason things should be
any different from before.

Are you able to download the new version manually? Can you do this over
both http and https?

now updating is working again under MacOS (?) - updating from 4027 to
4029 was working as previously with the "update" function (over https
provisioning)

thx a lot!

Mr.Smith

p.s is videoconferencing already supposed to work?

We are hard at work on it and we are getting closer but there are still a
number of issues so we are not done yet
