[jitsi-users] Cannot load details for contact

#1

Hi,
Client: jitsi 2.3.4668.9744-1 (Debian Squeeze, amd64)
Server: ejabberd 2.1.10 (Debian Squeeze, amd64)

jitsi start:

14:44:52.805 SEVERE: [16] impl.protocol.jabber.InfoRetreiver.retrieveDetails().299 Cannot load details for contact tesztuser@mydomain : service-unavailable(503)

What kind of service is unavailable/missing? In the archives I
could not find any relevant information.

Hi,

the log you see is that server serving @mydomain replies with error
503 when the jabber account in Jitsi tries to load a VCard for contact
tesztuser.
Hope this helps.

  {mod_vcard_ldap,[
        {search, true},
        {matches, 30},
        {ldap_rootdn, ""},
        {ldap_password, ""},
        {ldap_base, "ou=Users,dc=mydomain,dc=hu"},
        {ldap_uids, [{"uid", "%u"}]},
        {ldap_filter, ""},
        {ldap_vcard_map,[
                {"NICKNAME", "%u", []},
                {"FIRST", "%s", ["givenName"]},
                {"LAST", "%s", ["sn"]},
                {"FN", "%s, %s", ["sn", "givenName"]},
                {"EMAIL", "%s", ["mail"]}
        ]},
        {ldap_search_fields,[
                {"User", "%u"},
                {"Name", "givenName"},
                {"Family Name", "sn"},
                {"Email", "mail"}
        ]},
        {ldap_search_reported,[
                {"Full Name", "FN"},
                {"First Name", "FIRST"},
                {"Last Name", "LAST"},
                {"Nickname", "NICKNAME"},
                {"Email", "EMAIL"}
        ]}
  ]},

But I have another problem.
Contact list -> Username -> right click -> "Contact info" ->

Summary:
First Name: [Not specified]
Middle Name: [Not specified]
Last Name: [Not specified]
Gender: [Not specified]
Birth Date: [Not specified]
Age: [Not specified]
E-mail: tesztuser@mydomain
Phone: [Not specified]

Extended:
Display Name: User, Teszt
Nickname: tesztuser
e-mail: tesztuser@mydomain

In the summary section, the contact first and last name didn't
shown. Why?

You are right. I wrote to the server (ejabberd) configuration
solved the problem. Just put another question, I wrote in my
previous e-mail.

Sorry, for my poor english :slight_smile:
