[jitsi-users] Bug report: Continuous flashing on Xfce's panel

#1

I've seen this in every version of jitsi I've used:

When a conversation window is open it will almost always be flashing in the taskbar, even if no new messages are received and even if the window is focused, rendering the whole flashing to warn the user about new messages completely unuseful.
I guess this only happens in Xfce or maybe DockbarX (a dockbar-like xfce-panel plugin) since I haven't been able to find anyone with this same problem.

Is anyone experiencing similar problems?

FWIW, I have not experienced this issue on KDE or Windows.

I'm experiencing this intermittently on Xubuntu 13.04, Jitsi 2.4 stable.
