[jitsi-users] Answering from voyager legend headset

#1

I'm using a very popular headset (plantronics voyager lenged) connected
with bluetooth to my system. When I receive a call I can not answer it from
the headset (using the answer button).

Usually I use IP comunicator with the same headset in the same computer and
it works well. Also I tested registering the jitsi SIP account to an
Asterisk and a Call Managet, but both made the same. The answer button do
nothing.

any hint?

thanks in advance

Norman

Jitsi currently doesn't support HID events from headsets etc. A contribution from the community would be most welcome.

thanks in advance

We are currently researching possibility to provide support for Jabra and Logitech headset control buttons like "Mute" or "Hangup" in jitsi-meet.
As for Plantronics, I didn't find any SDK or API that will allow to interact with the headset.
