[jitsi-users] An interesting problem

#1

I'm having a weird but interesting problem I'm hoping someone here can
help me troubleshoot. Here's the deal:

A service has three users: Alice. Bob, and Jim. Alice and Bob can
communicate with no problems. Bob and Jim can communicate with no
problems. However, Alice can't communicate with Jim at all.

1. They are all on different IP networks.
2. They are all on the same server

Any idea what might be happening?

Thanks!
Anthony

Yes: Both Jim and Alice might be behind a restrictive nat while Bob is
not.

Hi Yannik,

I thought of that too. But all of them *could* communicate only a few
short weeks ago and *nothing* has changed on any of their sides. Well,
I can't say "nothing" as I can't rule out their ISP's doing something
wonky but, save for that, nothing.
