[jitsi-users] 2.6.5390 corrupted screens on OSX Yosemite

upgraded to the latest version today and noticed that all the settings screens and icons are doubled.
Thrown away the preferences and started from scratch. When entering the SIP data and accepting our self signed cert, the accounts screen is empty. When closing preferences and opening again, the SIP account data is also displayed twice.

Anyone seen the same?

it can be a problem with the felix cache folder. You can try stopping
and deleting the cache folder and start again. The folder is in jitsi
profile folder https://jitsi.org/faq#jitsi-home named
sip-communicator.bin.
By the way, how did that happen? Have you installed and run first the
stable version and then run the nightly? Or what version of jitsi did
you try? How did you install/upgrade the versions?

Damencho,

I ran the 2.4 stable version, then inplace upgraded to 2.6 on OSX Yosemite.
Right after restart, the problem occured.

I try to delete the Felix Cache and report back.

Figured out that it is the ~/Library/Application Support/Jitsi directory on OSX.
I already deleted that folder with no success. On OSX, the preference icons and entries are still doubled.

Also, when deleting the preferences dir ~/Library/Application Support/Jitsi and starting from scratch, when I enter my SIP account details and safe, the accounts tab is empty.
If I restart Jitsi then, the SIP account is there (twice) and is able to connect.

Downgrading to 2.4, here for now.

I believe the felix cache is in ~/Library/Caches/Jitsi

thats the right dir! I deleted it and 2.6 works now on OSX Yosemite 10.10.2.
Maybe that dir should be documented on https://jitsi.org/Documentation/FAQ
Currently, only the user profile dir is documented there.
