Maybe missing modules-enabled folder broke it. What OS and version and nginx are you using?

Hi Ubuntu 18.04 LTS nginx 1.18.0
I copied the usr/share/jitsi-meet-turnserver/jitsi-meet.conf file to modules-enabled folder and named it to 60-jitsi-meet.conf and reboot the server but still not seeing jitsi meeting welcome page.
First attempted failed used the following command:
ln -s /usr/share/jitsi-meet-turnserver/jitsi-meet.conf /etc/nginx/modules-enabled/60-jitsi-meet.conf
Second attempted with cut and pasted from the file path, and renamed it to 60-jitsi-meet.conf but also failed please advise.
