Hello, sorry I am an inexperienced user. Does Jitsi provide the streaming live server service too? or it is necessary in all cases to host it on your own vps server or use other streaming platforms such as vimeo, wowza or others. If Jitsi provides that service, how powerful is it and what audience sizes can it handle?

jitsi doesnt provide a streaming platform. it hands off the streaming functionality to youtube, out of the box.
