Hi I would like to know if I can point any of my domain to jitsi name server and change the link from meet.jit.si to my custom domain name.

You can change the link and logo if you use https://jaas.8x8.vc/.

Other than spinning up and hosting your own server, your option is https://jaas.8x8.vc as advised.

If you work at it, you can use a Linux (Ubuntu or Debian) VM in Hyper-v.
