Hi,

We are facing an issue with its audio and video feature. we didn’t get successful audio and video responses. we doing the debugging app and drafting some errors.

  1. bandwidth_upload - invalid value for idx: 0 undefined
  2. Status getting deactivated: Endpoint connection status changed: 9cf7a479 active=false

Then it looks like a problem with your infrastructure. I’d suggest debugging with a desktop browser since it’s easier.
