Jitsi meeting users network stats are not showing

Hi While doing meeting via jitsi meet moderator can see the networks stats but users network stats are not showing could you please help with this

Check js console logs, seems clients cannot establish websocket with the bridge FAQ · Jitsi Meet Handbook

This is alrdy enabled but still i am not able to see remote user stats

Share your js console logs.

When doing the video or audio calls the system was showing network stats for all users however as of now it is only showing network stats only for self but not of other users.

The system used to show stats for all users.

What about the js console logs?
The stats are exchanged using the websocket to the bridge, if that is not established and is returning errors you will see exactly what you are describing. To check that you need to check js console logs.
The stats take 10-15 secs to appear.

Nothing is obvious from these.

Do you see anything like:

i dont find anything related to websocket

Which version of jitsi-meet is that?

I have cloned the project from here GitHub - jitsi/docker-jitsi-meet: Jitsi Meet on Docker
Is there any parameter in config.js which we can look into it.

That is in jicofo settings I believe.

sctp {
    enabled = false

In /etc/jitsi/jicofo/jicofo.conf

What happens if config.openBridgeChannel = ‘true’; instead of websockets

That option was removed from the client and is controlled from the backend.
