Jitsi-Meet UI customization

Hello, is it possible to customize Jitsi-Meet UI? e.g. color buttons, positions or chat style (or whatever)
And what should I use for this? lib-jitsi-meet (low level)?

To customise anything that is not parametrised in config, you’ll need to make changes to the Jitsi Meet source, rebuild, and deploy on your own service.

I should point out there is an ongoing cost to running a deployment with custom code. Browser technology and standards change frequently and you’ll need to occasionally upgrade to latest Jitsi to keep up with browsers. This means having to reapply your customisations each time on top of latest Jitsi Meet.
