Jitsi -meet-server-failing-to-connect-more-than-two-participents

I need an urgent help I installed JitsiMeet at aws. I am unable to do conference with more that 2 person.
The installation was without any errors and running fine when 2 users are login.
Please suggest the solutions.

@Sachin_Gupta1,

Welcome to the community!

This is typically an issue with port 10000 being blocked. Check out the tip by @emrah, here:

By the way, the reason why conferences with only 2 people are working is because it’s using peer-2-peer (P2P) mode (bypassing your video bridge).

Hope this helps!

@corby,
Thank for quick reply,
I have checked as aws , UDP/10000 is open.

when I spoke with aws support we have examined the following command and everything are in order

Join the same meeting from 3 browser tabs and capture the logs from the time you join the meeting. Then upload your jicofo and jvb logs as attachments.

Videobridge logs:
/var/log/jitsi/jvb.log

Jicofo logs:
/var/log/jitsi/jicofo.log

Feel free to write me directly, if you want. We can work through the details then post the resolution here if you prefer that.
