I am running jitsi mit on a server using google cloud platform without domain. But some services refuse to work (chat, connection is periodically lost, users who have connected are not visible, voice and video communication does not work, etc.). What could be the problem?
@jmt Did you check the firewall and log files?
I’m not very clear on what you mean by a server without domain, but you definitely need a server IP address and Jitsi resolves to FQDN. You can run Jitsi in an intranet though, so perhaps that’s what you’re trying to do?
