Jitsi-meet on ubuntu 18.04

Hi to all!
i’ve used jitsi meet for long time, and i just love it!
Yesterday i’ve decided to try to host on mi infrastructure on ubuntu 18.04 VM
I’ve installed following the user guide on jitsi site, but under apache instead of nginx.
The istallation is exposed to internet behind nat, and i use my own certificate.
but i have this problem:

  • the conference start correctly, but when someone also join in the conference,after giving permission to camera/mic the have the message “something went wrong” . it seems that can handle only a person per conference

  • I need to permit people join conference even calling a phone number.From what i’ve understood this is possible trough jigasi.
    I’ve installed it and set it up with my pbx (cisco call manager self hosted). i’ve created a sip device, an user and an extension on call manager, and i can see that jagasi can reach and authenticate on the call manager.
    But:

  • if i try to invite a phone number clicking on “+” simbol, after insert phone number and click on invite buttone the web conference disconnect.

  • if i try to call the number set on jagasi i can ear nothing and afte a whie the call end.

here my sip-communicator.properties, apache site configuration, jitsi configuration and jigasi.log: https://gersio.duckdns.org:29443/share.cgi?ssid=0qMVzgL

any help is appreciated!

ok, i’ve started from scratch!
I’ve purged all, then installed ngix, jitsi ang jigasi.
Web conferencing working well, but i can’t invite by phone.
When i try to inbite someone by phone i found this in jigasi.log:

this the step that i’v follewed:

  • create an a record on my domain register that point natted ip->name.domain.org

  • open on my firewall the port tcp 80,443,5347 and udp 10000-20000

  • installed ubuntu 18.04 on a outside natted vm, with java and nginx;

  • edited /etc/host with 127.0.0.1 localhost name.domain.org;

  • installed jitsi following the quick-install guide with my own ssl cert;

  • putted he line
    org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_LOCAL_ADDRESS=<Local.IP.Address>
    org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_PUBLIC_ADDRESS=<Public.IP.Address>
    and commented org.ice4j.ice.harvest.STUN_MAPPING_HARVESTER_ADDRESSES in /etc/jitsi/videobridge/sip-communicator.properties;

  • installed jigasi with an account on my pbx (cisco call manager)

  • checked that jigasi registering to my pbx and tested the extension that i’v created with jitsi desktop (i can make and recieve call);

But if try to call the number assigned to jigasi i don’t ear nothing and after a while the call ended (no entry on jigasi.log during the call) and if i try to invite someone by web interface i give the entry that i’ve posted.

i can’t understand what’s wrong!
