Jitsi-Meet not starting after error-free installation

Hello.

I have installed “Jitsi-Meet” in a VBOX-VM unter LM 20.04 XFCE this way without problems:

wget -qO - https://download.jitsi.org/jitsi-key.gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -
sudo sh -c “echo ‘deb https://download.jitsi.org stable/’ > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jitsi-stable.list”
sudo apt-get -y update
sudo apt-get -y install jitsi-meet

Servername: “jitsi-meet.local” and “Generate a new self-signed certificate”

Unfortunately now after the installation on the machine neither “****://jitsi-meet.local” nor “****s://jitsi-meet.local” are found, and with the address “localhost” the default page of NGINX is displayed.

Under \etc\nginx\sites-available I find:

default
jitsi-meet.local.conf

and under \etc\nginx\sites-enabled I find:

@default
@jitsi-meet.local.conf

What else do I need to do to get the Jitsi Meet started? :question:

Cheers,
Lelo

Have you checked your firewall settings? Are the ports available from outside your network?

Did you have a fix on this issue? I have the same problem with Facing same issue but no response from anyone and couldnt find this topic troubleshooting in google.
