Jitsi-meet Looks different view

Dear Jitsi,

We have followed this URL https://jitsi.org/downloads/ and installed in our own premises.
However, when we see this URL https://desktop.jitsi.org/Main/Screenshots and compare. it looks like different.

so would you able to advice how to install “Web Conferences with JitMeet, Jitsi Videobridge and WebRTC!” on top of Jitsi meet.

Also, noticed that dropbox is required for recording the video. we are using free account in dropbox with the limited storage.

Is there any complete guide line for me to follow up please.

The link https://desktop.jitsi.org/ leads to the website of the Jitsi Desktop client which is a different app than Jitsi Meet.
